In what may be the strangest combination since Lyle Lovett and Julia Roberts (what the heck did a talented guy like Lovett SEE in her anyway?) ESPN is reporting that the Lakers have offered their head coaching job to Duke's Mike Krzyzewski a deal to become their coach. My money says there will be a denial here, but I could be wrong.
